What cannabis products do you sell?

At 1st Cannabis, you can buy dried cannabis flower, pre-rolls, edibles, capsules, cannabis oil products, cannabis beverages, accessories, and seeds.  We stock high CBD, high THC and balanced strains.

The BCLDB is the sole wholesale distributor of legal recreational cannabis in BC, and purchases exclusively from government-approved suppliers.

Products are manufactured, stored and distributed by Health Canada-approved suppliers, according to strict industry-wide regulations under the Cannabis Act.  Cannabis products arrive at our store in sealed packaging with standardized labels and amounts.

Is there an age requirement to enter the store or purchase cannabis?

In British Columbia, the minimum age required to purchase, possess, or consume cannabis is 19. All visitors must be 19 years and older to be in the store.

What do I need in order to buy cannabis?

Two pieces of ID are required to verify customers are 19 years and older. The first must be a government-issued photo ID that includes your legal name and date of birth. The second must include your name, photo and/or signature.  Remember to bring your ID.

How much cannabis am I allowed to carry?

Individuals can possess up to 30 grams of legal dried cannabis, or its equivalent in other forms.

What’s your return policy?

We can not accept any returns or exchanges, unless:

· The product was defective (empty containers, mould, pests);

· The BCLDB has issued a recall.

Bring your receipt for speedier service.

However, please do reach out to us to let us know your thoughts on the product, or if you have any questions or concerns.

We want our customers to receive only premium cannabis products, and will take any defects/low quality product issues extremely seriously.

Do you ship overseas and to P.O. boxes?

No. Legally, we can’t ship anywhere. Further, you’re not allowed to cross the Canadian border with cannabis, whether you’re entering or exiting.

Can I order or purchase online?

Order, Yes - Purchase, No.  In British Columbia, only the provincial government retail store is permitted to sell cannabis online. *Rich Uncle Pennybags tips his hat

However - we are now offering online ordering via the live menu.  It's a click and collect system to speed-up your time spent at the store, but you still must make payment within the building (we accept cash, credit and debit cards).

Can I recycle all of this packaging?

Yes. Legal cannabis currently has enough plastic packaging requirements to make Greta Thunberg blush.  Thankfully, all of the packaging can be added to your general household card/plastics recycling here in North Vancouver.  Skolstrejk för klimatet!

How do I read the product packaging that I've just purchased?

Good question - it can be a little confusing at first.  Head over to our Education pages for a full break-down as well as a ton of cool nerdy science - hit the button below;
