In consultation with Dr. Bonnie Henry, B.C.’s provincial health officer, the Province has defined essential services British Columbians rely on in their daily lives in the context of COVID-19 response and recovery.
Retail outlets that sell non-medical cannabis and the supply chain services that support them are included on the list of essential services, along with all government functions.
This means that our store will remain open as an essential service.
The health and safety of our employees, our customers, and those most vulnerable in the community will always be our top priority.
Nestled between ocean, trees, and mountains, 1st Cannabis is a legal recreational cannabis retail store that calls North Vancouver home.
Located on 1st Street in the Shipyards District, we’re passionate about the Lower Lonsdale area – we live, work, and play in the best small city in the world, with the wilderness on our doorstep.
We're keeping things light and fun, while helping our community make informed decisions about cannabis consumption.
Elevate. Educate. Empower.
Please remember that no minors are allowed within the establishment and we can only sell to individuals who have valid government-issued identification. Please have your ID ready when you come in – weed really appreciate it.

However - we are now offering online ordering via the live menu. It's a click and collect system to speed-up your time spent at the store, but you still must make payment within the building (we accept cash, credit and debit cards).
Yes. Legal cannabis currently has enough plastic packaging requirements to make Greta Thunberg blush. Thankfully, all of the packaging can be added to your general household card/plastics recycling here in North Vancouver. Skolstrejk för klimatet!
